We are very excited to announce that we will be starting a new 5-10k running course in Chingford on Monday 21 November at 7:15pm.
This five week course is aimed at people who are able to comfortably run a 5k distance already and have the capability to progress.
It will aim to stretch and challenge runners regarding their pace, technique and distance.
At the end of the five week course, we would expect you to be able to complete a 10k run.
